Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Opening hours:

Zumba class times:

2:30pm to 3:30pm - Monday

1:00pm to 2:00pm - Tuesday

1:00pm to 2:00pm - Thursday

Centre Reception is open 7:30am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday.

Closed public holidays.

Cost:

$7 per class
