Yoga class times:

8:00am to 9:00am Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

9:30am to 10:30am Friday

Centre Reception is open 7:30am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday.

Closed public holidays.

Cost:

$7.00 per class

Target age:

50 Plus
