Program details
1‑hour exercise program for older adults, with up to 4 participants per class. An initial assessment is required to tailor the program to individual needs.
Classes include Reformer Pilates, resistance training, and balance and fall‑prevention exercises using Pilates equipment and free weights. Exercises are adapted and progressed over time.
There are 14 one‑hour sessions available each week.
Opening hours:
- Mondays: 8.30-9.30am, 9.30-10.30am, 10.30-11.30am
- Tuesday: 8.30-9.30am
- Wednesday: 9-10am, 3.30-4.30pm, 6-7pm
- Thursday: 9.30-10.30am, 5-6pm, 7-8pm
- Friday: 9.30-10.30am
- Saturday: 8-9am, 9-10am, 10-11am
Cost:
5 visit pass - $280, $56 per session.
Target age:
50 Plus
Special requirements or conditions:
Towel, water bottle, non slip socks.
