Tai Chi exercise program available to members of U3A Hawkesbury, conducted weekly.

Opening hours:

• Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30pm.
• Not available during school holidays or public holidays.

Cost:

Membership of U3A Hawkesbury is open to seniors and retired or semi-retired people.
The membership cost is $50, which entitles members to join any programs throughout the year with no extra costs.

Target age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants must become members of U3A Hawkesbury
