Program details

A fun and social 2-hour line dancing class for adults, with a focus on enjoying yourself, meeting others and staying active in a supportive environment.

Low-impact and suitable for all abilities, with simple steps that are easy to follow. There is plenty of time to chat, laugh and take breaks as needed.

Opening hours:

• Tuesdays, 10:30am - 12:30pm
• Fridays, 10:30am - 12:30pm
• No classes on Public Holidays
• Runs during school holidays, except Christmas school holidays.

Cost:

$16 per class.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Not suitable for participants who use walking aids.
Require GP clearance post-surgery.
Suitable for carers to join with participants if required (at no additional cost).

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring water and wear comfortable shoes with not too much grip on the soles.
