Program details

• 1 hour yoga class for seniors.

Opening hours:

• Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30am

Cost:

If you have a seniors card - 1 Class Pack - $18.70 or 10 Class Pack - $187.
If you have a pensioner card - 1 Class Pack - $12 or 10 Class Pack - $120.
If you have neither (regular pricing) - 1 Class Pack - $22 or 10 Class Pack $220.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

We are on the first floor, up some stairs. There is a landing on the stairs to take a break if necessary, and a rail.

Special requirements or conditions:

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
You will take shoes off for the class.
No need to bring a mat, but if you wish to, you can.
