Program details
The seniors' program is circuit-style training with different levels of adaptability.
It is created by our PT Alex, who works on developing strength, flexibility, agility, and overall movement throughout the body.
As a facility, we aim to provide a space in which our members can train and build up fitness, whilst also ensuring they have a social platform.
Opening hours:
- Monday- 9:30 - 10:30 am
- Wednesday- 9:30 - 10:30 am
- Friday- 9:30 - 10:30 am
Gym staffed hours
- Monday- Friday 10-2
- Monday- Thursday 3-7
- Saturday- 8-12
Sundays and public holidays- not staffed and no classes.
Cost:
$12.95 per week , specials run where there are weeks free depending on the time of sign up !
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Anyone unable to participate in physical activity should consult a medical professional.
Special requirements or conditions:
A towel is recommended, and closed shoes are essential, joggers/ sneakers preferably.

Beginner

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
