Mindful Dance & Movement for Wellbeing is a guided movement experience designed to support relaxation, mobility and emotional balance. Through gentle movement, breathing awareness and simple coordination exercises, participants reconnect with their body, release tension and cultivate lasting wellbeing.

Session Structure
Each session is thoughtfully structured to guide participants through a complete wellbeing journey from arriving and settling, through energising and connecting, to rest and reflection.
Sessions are adaptable to suit different group needs, abilities and settings across Sydney and beyond.

Claudio Thavares
Claudio Thavares is a Sydney-based movement facilitator, performer, and creative director with over 25 years of international experience in dance, movement (performance), and community engagement. Known for his dynamic and engaging approach, he specialises in delivering interactive movement and wellbeing sessions designed to support connection, confidence, and personal wellbeing for individuals and groups.
With a strong ability to lead and engage large audiences, Claudio creates safe, inclusive, and energising environments where participants feel comfortable to explore movement and reconnect with their bodies. His work combines artistic experience with structured facilitation to deliver meaningful and accessible movement experiences.
For more than 8 years, Claudio has collaborated with the Sydney community through CT Dance Australia, creating transformative movement programs that foster wellbeing, connection, and positive social interaction.
