Designed to reignite your love of movement, this 45 minute class is a zero pressure, low impact combination of moderate cardio and resistance exercises, all set to uplifting music.

• Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30am

Cost:

$25 per class or gym memberships from $29 per week.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants must sign health and fitness waiver prior to participating in class.

Classes not suitable for participants with:
- Dementia
- Cognitive impairments
- Those using mobility aids
- Those who are unable to mobilise at a normal pace

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothes to work out in, closed in sneaker style shoes.
Participants must bring own towel.
