A low-risk, high-fat burning way to work all your body's muscle groups. Enjoy this fun pool-based workout.

Classes run for 60 minutes with all ages and levels welcome.

Opening hours:

• Monday 1:30pm
• Wednesday 6:45pm
• Friday 1:30pm

Cost:

$25 per class or gym memberships from $29 per week.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants must sign health and fitness waiver prior to participating in class.

Classes not suitable for participants with
- Dementia
- Cognitive impairments

Special requirements or conditions:

Participant should bring a comfortable, secure swimsuit, a towel and a water bottle.
