Program details

A 45 minute mobility and myofascial release class using foam rollers, trigger point realease balls and stretching.

Opening hours:

• Tuesday 6:30pm
• Friday 10am

Cost:

$25 per class or gym memberships from $29 per week.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants must sign health and fitness waiver prior to participating in class.

Classes not suitable for participants with
- Dementia
- Cognitive impairments
- Those using mobility aids
- Those who are unable to mobilise at a normal pace

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothes to work out in, closed in sneaker style shoes.
Participants must bring own towel.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Fitness Leader - Accredited
