An aerobic workout in the water. This class is ideal for increasing fitness, muscle tone and weight loss.
Opening hours:
- Monday: 8am, 9:15am and 6pm
- Tuesday: 8am and 6:30pm
- Wednesday: 8am, 9:15am and 6pm
- Thursday: 9:15am and 6pm
- Friday: 9:15am
- Saturday: 9:30am
- Sunday: 9:30am
