Our Healthy Ageing 55+ program is designed to help you maintain independence, confidence, and vitality as you move through life.

With a strong focus on strength, balance, and mobility, this small-group program supports healthy ageing in a fun, social setting.

Opening hours:

• Monday 11:00am-12:00pm
• Thursday 10:45 am- 11:45 am

$25 per class

55 Plus
