Our group exercise classes are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and enhance overall functional capacity in a supportive and motivating environment.
Led by qualified Exercise Physiologists, these sessions combine cardiovascular training, strength development, balance, coordination, and movement skill progression to support healthy ageing and everyday function.
Classes focus on fundamental movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling, while promoting improvements in muscle mass, bone density, mobility, and confidence.
With options to suit a range of fitness levels and abilities, participants can progress safely at their own pace while enjoying the energy and encouragement of training alongside others.
Whether your goal is to improve strength, boost cardiovascular fitness, learn proper exercise technique, or simply stay active and healthy, our classes provide an engaging and enjoyable way to keep moving, feeling strong, and maintaining independence for life.
