Program details

Move and groove hosts Gentle Groove.

This is a holistic dance movement class that stimulates the whole body and mind. The dance class is a combination of soft stretches and isolations to warm up and cool down, as well as creative exercises to cultivate connection and community.

We use imagery, sensations and creative games to inspire individual movement, and also learn simple choreography and rhythms to stimulate the brain. All while moving and grooving to some good music tunes.

• Tuesdays, 1:00pm-2:00pm
• Runs with the school terms. Please check the website for updated courses.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please wear clothes that you feel comfortable in, bare feet if possible (or non slippery socks) and bring some water.
