This group exercise class is for older adults with CHSP allied health funding.

Community Therapy is an approved CHSP provider for allied health services across the Central Coast & Hunter.

This exercise class at Erina runs weekly for 1 hour and focuses on:

• strength
• balance
• mobility

Classes involve body weight and TheraBand strength exercises, static and dynamic balance exercises and cardiovascular exercises.

Opening hours:

• Mondays, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.

Cost:

Costs as per CHSP allied health funding.

Target age:

65 Plus
