Program details

Low to moderate in intensity aerobic exercise focusing on heart health, balance, mobility and strength.

Opening hours:

• Thursdays 9:00am-10:00am or 10:15am-11:00am during school terms.
• Classes not held during school holidays or public holidays.

Cost:

Casual $12 or $110 for a 10 visit pass.

Target age:

60 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those who are unable to move about.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring a mat or towel to the 9am class. No floor work in the 10:15am class so a mat is not required.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
