Active Exercise for over 50's

A fun class with a variety of exercises each week to increase cardio fitness, strength, balance & flexibility.
Class will include;
Aerobics warm up to great music followed by dynamic stretching.
Strength & balance exercises using resistance bands, weights, balls & body weight.
Abdominal exercises on floor or in chair.
Static stretching to finish.
Encouraged to work at your own pace & easy to adapt for ailments or injuries.
Closely supervised by fitness leader with 16 years experience working with 'Older Adults'.
$13 per class or $120 for a 10 class card paid upfront with 6 months exp. per class/visit

Special requirements or conditions:
Wear comfortable clothes & closed shoes that are supportive. Please bring water & light weights or bands as discussed with the leader. Bring mat 1st week in month if doing floor work.
Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
