Program Details

Live Now is an Exercise Physiology Group exercise program for Cancer Survivors. It is an individually prescribed exercise program incorporating cardiovascular, strength, balance and flexibility training.

Designed and supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a one hour group, once per week, This approach is aimed to facilitate group support, correct technique, motivation and consistency in a fun and non-threatening atmosphere.

Opening Hours:

The Anglicare Health centre is open 7 days a week and includes Allied Health Services, Hydrotherapy and a fully equipped gym. For further information concerning the Live Now program please contact reception on 02 8820 3033

$18 per class/visit

Target Age:

Over 65

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Live Now is a class specifically for cancer survivors or for anyone who is undergoing current treatment for cancer. Class participants are required to be over 60 years of age.

Special requirements or conditions:

Suitable footwear. May require GP/Specialist clearance
