Australia’s population is ageing and with it comes an increase in frailty and burden of disease. To help slow down the negative impact of ageing and support older Australians to improve their quality of life, Council on the Ageing (COTA) has developed an evidence-based exercise program which can support older adults to increase their strength, balance and mobility.

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
