Active Seniors is a fitness and movement workout.
Compromising of gentle exercises with weights, for all over body strength. The class lasts 45 minutes, focusing on resistance, mobility and balance.
We start with a warm up, followed by two circuits; one targeting the lower body, then the other for the upper body, concluding with stretching.
The program is operated by The Camp.

Special requirements or conditions:
Participants should wear loose fitting clothes, bring a mat and water. The classes are outside, so participants should dress according to the weather.

Fitness Leader - Cert IV
