Program Details

Mens only clinical reformer classes are instructed by a physiotherapist who is qualified in clinical reformer. These classes run for 45 minutes and focus on posture correction and mobility, as well as core and pelvic control.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those who are post operation hip/knee replacement within first 6 weeks.

Special requirements or conditions:

Grip socks are compulsory for safety on the machines.
