Program details

Stepping On is a 7-week, evidence-based program designed specifically for adults aged 65 and older (45 and older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults).

The program aims to:

• Reduce your risk of falls
  Help you gain the confidence needed to maintain your independence and stay active.

The program is led by experienced Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists, who will provide supervised exercise sessions and education.

Consumers can pay privately or via My Aged Care funding.

Opening hours:

Thursdays 1:45pm to 3:45pm

Starting from 19 June 2025 for 7 weeks

Cost:

$199.00 for 7 weeks
Private health rebates available
My Aged Care funding can pay for program (including CHSP)

Target age:

65 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Ability to walk independently, or with a walking stick or walker

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Physiotherapist
