Program details
Using traditional Pilates equipment (the reformer, wunda chair, and trap table), we give clients specific exercise programs to help improve balance, co-ordination, strength and wellbeing.
These are small group classes with a maximum of 4 participants. Each participants works on their own goals and needs under the guidance of a fully qualified and experienced instructor.
An initial consult for these classes is compulsory, as we require a clear understanding of previous injuries and goals during this session. Often, treating practitioners, such as physios, osteopaths and chiropractors will refer clients to us for these sessions.
Opening hours:
- Classes are held Monday to Saturday at various times during the day and evening.

Cost:
Cost per visit: $40 per session when purchasing a block
Intro Pack is $290, covering your initial consult, and 5 semi-private sessions.
