Program details

A physiotherapist-led small group exercise class designed for active adults aged 60 and over.

Each 60 minute session focuses on functional strength, balance and fall prevention to support independence and reduce injury risk.

Classes include single leg balance progressions, sit to stand exercises, resistance band strengthening, postural stability work and functional mobility drills.

Maximum 15 participants per class to ensure individual attention.

Led by Thomas, registered physiotherapist and owner of Revive Physiotherapy. All fitness levels welcome. First session free.

Opening hours:

1. Every Saturday at 10:15am at Mosman Square Seniors Centre.
2. Classes do not run on NSW Public Holidays.

Cost:

Cost per class/visit. $35 per session. First session free. Private health rebates may apply.

Target age:

60 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants with significant cognitive impairment, acute post-surgical recovery or those who are non-weight bearing may require a physiotherapist assessment prior to joining. <br />

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable supportive footwear and bring a water bottle.
