Program details

Remain active is a 1 hour ongoing fitness, balance and flexibility program to build strength, increase your energy and maintain mobility and flexibility. Exercises include light cardio, stretching and balance.

The class is designed to suit a large range of fitness levels, all clients are encouraged to work at their own pace.

• Thursdays, 1:30pm - 2:30pm.

Cost:

Cost per visit: $5 (with Commonwealth Home Support Package.come along and we can provide assistance with registration process).

$21 Privately funded or from your Support at Home funding - *partnership agreement required for other providers.

Target age:

65 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring a bottle of water, wear exercise or walking shoes and loose fitting clothes.
