Program details

Participants are highly supervised and guided by a qualified Pilates instructor in small group classes with a maximum of 8 participants.

Exercises include functional movement and strengthening exercises for a full body workout.

Correct posture and alignment is monitored carefully.

Cost:

Cost per visit: $25 per casual classs or $21 per class if you buy a block of 5 or more.

Target age:

50 Plus

Languages spoken other than English:

Italian, French

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Dementia/cognitive impairment, those with walking aids.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable loose clothing.
