Program Details

Lifting weights has shown to improve muscle strength, bone density & aid in the prevention of Osteopenia or Osteoporosis. Each week we do a cardio warm up to get the oxygenated blood flowing to the working muscles, followed by a series of exercises using body weight and hand weights (dumbbells).   

Stay active at any age - this class aims to improve strength (to provide postural support), flexibility, range of motion through the hips and shoulders. Also aids in the prevention of falls & injuries.

Monday 12.45pm 

Wednesday 11.30-1pm during school terms. (Fit, Strong & Stretch) 1.5 hour *** this  is an advanced class for more active adults

Friday 12.30pm
