Program Details

The Sun Style 73 forms is a popular Sun Style program.  Dr Lam uses Sun Style in his evidence based Tai Chi for Arthritis programs.  This would be good follow on class for those who would like to further their study of Sun Style.

Opening Hours:

Tuesday evenings 7 pm to 8 pm.

Cost:

$90 per term/program

Target Age:

Over 50s

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants must be independently mobile

Special requirements or conditions:

Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes
