Yoga with Fiona is tailoredto suit anybody, young, old, agile or limited in movement.
Duringthe sessionyou will find how movement can be adapted to suit your own individualneeds, to help you gainstrength, flexibility and ease of movement in everyday life.Learn theimportance of how being aware of our body can help to prevent falls,make iteasier to climb stairs and generally to gain orkeep amore active state of well-being.
Fiona has been teaching forover 20years aroundthe Southern Highlands and Wollondilly area.
She isalso currentlyone of the facilitators on the NSW Health Stepping On Program for Falls Prevention.
Fiona runsclasses suited to seniors and those with limited movement.
With understanding andencouragement, Fiona helps you to gainconfidence andmovement in a supportive class atmosphere.
Fiona presents yogaand movementin a way that is attainable for anyone.

Yoga on Thirlmere - 6-15pm - 7.30pm
