Program Details

Classes involve 25 minutes of land-based exercises and 25 minutes of water workout, topped off with chitchat and cup of tea or coffee.

Opening Hours:

Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 1.30 - 2.30pm.

Cost:

$11.20 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Loose comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes fo the first half of the calss, swimmers for the second half.
