Program details

A Pilates mat classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Pilates aims to build a strong foundation of inner strength to support your body and live life to the fullest.
Using body weight and props (ball; bands and sliding discs), the classes focus on controlled movements to build muscle strength and tone.
This inner strength can enable you to move more freely and safely for other exercise and everyday life.

Opening hours:

Mondays 9am - 10am

Wednesdays 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Cost:

Cost per term: from $18.50/class
$285 for 10 classes

Target age:

50 Plus, all ages!

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

cognitive impairment/dementia<br />
participants should be fairly mobile and able to get onto the floor and back up

Special requirements or conditions:

bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
