Program Details

Parkinson's-specific exercise group targeting issues experienced more during the later stages of the disease (e.g. freezing of gait, cognitive decline and balance). Smaller group supervised by an experienced Neuro Physiotherapist. Requires an assessment and individual sessions before joining the group, to ensure an individualised approach, address any specific needs and ensure people get the most out of the group.
