Program Details

A number of programs and groups to target specific neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, progressive conditions, balance impairments) are available.

(1) Stroke and brain injury programs that promote intensity and challenge to drive real and lasting changes in the brain. Can be delivered as individual sessions alongside one of the small stroke exercise groups.

(2) Spinal Cord Injury programs are individualised to each person's needs and aim to improve ability to perform specific skills, including transfers, sitting, standing, walking and using the arms; as well as strength, fitness, respiratory health and overall well-being. Specific Spinal Cord Injury groups allow opportunity to practice in a motivating setting.

Programs can be developed for any other neurological conditions and can involve individual and/or group sessions.
