Wednesdays at 9:30 am at Hay Memorial Hall

Target Age:

50 Plus, Over 55

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Please check with your GP if you have recently been diagnosed with or experienced any circulatory, musculoskeletal or respiratory problems/conditions or other health problems.

Special requirements or conditions:

wear comfortable clothing, flat enclosed shoes and bring a water bottle
