Program Details

DanceWell community classes for people living with movement restrictions like Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Arthritis, and other functional limitations. These classes are fun and interactive focusing on the aesthetics of dance and viewing the participant as dancers rather than patients.

Thursdays @ 9.45am – 10.30am

Cost:

$10 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Please comfortable clothes and sturdy footwear.
