Program Details

A gentle way to regain your quality of life, using STOTT PILATES method a contemporary approach to the original exercise method by Joseph Pilates.

  • Reduced Back Pain.

No experience necessary work at your own pace in the comfort of your home and feel stronger in your daily life activities.
You must have doctors approval.
You will be performing exercises in all planes:
  • Standing
  • Lying on side
  • Lying on your back
  • Lying on your abdomen
Pilates with Karol subscription will give you unlimited access to all videos, you can choose between:
Back care & Mobility classes or Essential level 1 classes.
For some of the videos you will need a mini ball and a resistance flex band,
please contact me by email if you need the props.
*For beginners I will recommend to start with Back Care and Mobility classes*.

Opening Hours:

Pilates Online subscriptions are permanently openĀ  with 1 week free trial, unlimited access, you can cancel anytime.

Pilates Group classes at Ingleburn and Blair Athol, visit our website for timetable :).

Cost:

Monthly subscriptions of $18 per month or $120 per year with unlimited access. Group classes in person $160 x 10 sessions per term. per term/program

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

You should have doctors approval and be able to move in all planes.
