Zumba Gold is a fun gentle class for older adults. Good for weight loss, tones your body and boost your heart.

Wednesday 9:30am (available during school terms only)

$65.00 per term (subsidised) per term/program

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. It is also important to bring a water bottle.
