Program details

The Fitter and Stronger class is a good way to challenge your total body fitness while you're having fun. This class includes a warm-up, aerobics, strength exercises using resistance equipment and a cool-down with stretching and relaxation. These classes are designed to improve your strength, fitness, flexibility & balance.

There are 2 bus stops nearby on Glebe Point Road. One is 30m away on the<br />
eastern side of Glebe Point Road, and the other is 30m away on the western<br />
side of Glebe Point Road. Bus stops are serviced by 370 that travels to<br />
MarketPlace Leichhardt or Coogee, and 431 that travels to Glebe Point or<br />
Martin Place.<br />
By rail:<br />
Glebe light rail station is 600m away and serviced by the L1 line travelling to<br />
Dulwich Hill or Central. Access to Glebe light rail station is via steep descent<br />
and steps from Palmerston Avenue to Bayview Street.<br />
There is no train station near St Helens Community Centre. Central train<br />
station is 2.3 kilometres away.<br />

The Village2Village community transport bus operates Thursdays and<br />
Fridays. The route from Redfern to Broadway stops outside Glebe Library on<br />
Glebe Point Road near the corner of Wigram Street.<br />

There is no dedicated on-site accessible parking at St Helens Community<br />
Centre. The nearest on-street mobility car parking is 160m away on Glebe Point Road, northern side, opposite the centre.<br />
