Every Tuesday morning 10.30am

Gentle Exercise Class is a low intensity, low impact group based exercise class in a friendly atmosphere.

The exercises consist of a gentle cardio warm up followed by light hand weights for toning and strengthening muscles, balance work and resistance band exercises for whole body stretching and strengthening. Chairs are used for some of the exercises.

Stretching and flexibility exercises are also used to improve your physical health and avoid injuries. There is no floor work.

Please bring your own light hand weights and resistance band.

Amelia is your instructor.

Cost:

$8 or you can purchase a 10 pack class pass for $70 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

All participants are acceptable as this is a Gentle Exercise Class

Special requirements or conditions:

Please bring along a hand towel, enclosed footwear such as sneakers or joggers. Resistance Band and light hand weights

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Dance Instructor

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Cert III.

Fitness Leader - Cert IV

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)

Fitness Leader - Registered
