Are you looking to make friends within the local community whilst also keeping active?

This weekly hydrotherapy exercise class is led by our BallyCara Accredited Exercise Physiologist within a heated pool.

This class will help improve your balance, strength and aerobic fitness all in a fun, warm and safe environment. All exercises are tailored to you to ensure successful and safe outcomes. 

Opening Hours:

Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm NSW time 

Cost:

$20 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Please ring prior to commencing to ensure safe for exercise.
