Program Details

We are a boutique health and wellness business that caters exclusively to people over 60 years of age. We will improve your independence and quality of life using movement and exercise. Our facility is equipped with specialist strengthening equipment and computerised balance platform training. We also have Pilates exercise apparatus and functional based rehabilitation equipment.

Opening Hours:

Open from 9:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.

Cost:

$500 per term/program

60 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Severe cognitive impairment
