Program details

This program is set to specific music to match each section of the session. It has been designed to promote a healthy wellbeing, by helping you to keep fit & active with low-impact cardio levels, encouraging upper-body strength, as well as improving Left & Right Brain function, using simple & fun exercises.

Primary focus is on Breath-Heart-Strength-Balance, from chair-to stand-to chair, or you can remain seated throughout the session, in accordance with your personal physical capabilities.

Commencing with a gentle Breath-centred warm-up while seated, we gradually raise the Heart-rate for exercise, then progress to preparing the leg muscles, tendons & ligaments for standing, using your chair as support where required.

*You are encouraged to listen to your body & sit when necessary - the movements can still be achieved while seated.

To complete the session, we take a moment to stand (or sit), relax the body & breathe, bringing the Heart-rate back to a resting pace, then finish with the relaxing yet energising warm-down.

*Resistance Stretch Bands are used on the 2nd & 4th week of each month. Bands can be purchased from annie or you can bring your own.

This unique program is therapeutic, healing, energising, strengthening, empowering, motivating, & fun!
