Program Details
Beginner/general level yoga class has a special focus on yoga for positive ageing.
Hatha yoga style with modifications is available.
Opening Hours:
Mondays 9.00- 10.00
Excludes public holidays.
Cost:
$15 concession; $20 regular per class/visit
Target Age:
55 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Would recommend health professional approval for some conditions.
Special requirements or conditions:
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket/large towel and any other items needed.
