Opening hours:

Qi Gong on Tuesdays from 9:15am until 10:15am at the Urbenville Bowling Club

Please send me a message or call me at 0468 722 016 if you are planning to come so I can confirm if we are going ahead with the session.

Cost:

$20 - $18/class, this is a discounted price for people over 60 or with disability pension

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

If you are not able to stand up you can do the session sitting on a chair.

Special requirements or conditions:

Wear comfortable clothes and bring some water

Beginner
