Program details

Winter Aqua Func classes are selfpaced and offer different levels of intensity for everyone ranging from low, moderate to high intensity. You will see improvements in your heart and lung health, muscle strength, mobility and flexibility. Aqua Func is a low impact exercise that research has proven to assist in the management of chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, overweight and obesity.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

If a client requires a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with their clients.
