Program Details

Opening Hours:

Mondays at 10:00 am, not during school holidays and some other days, please make contact to ascertain specific dates of operation.

Cost:

$10.00 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus, any adult welcome

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Best suited to "Active Agers"

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes and bring a plastic or metal bottle of water, stretchy band and light weights.

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
