Program details

Onero is an evidence-based exercise program designed specifically to prevent fracture due to osteoporosis by stimulating bone development and preventing falls in at-risk individuals.

Benefits include

  • reduce non-traumatic fractures
  • improve muscle mass
  • be part of a community.

To participate in classes, you will need to meet with our physiotherapist to undergo an assessment and planning session. The classes are capped at 8 attendees to ensure quality and monitoring throughout. One-on-one sessions are available for anyone who prefers one-on-one support.

The classes include:

  • Weight bearing exercises
  • Balance
  • Core strengthening
  • Community and support

Monday

  1. 3:00pm - 3:45pm
  2. 5:00pm - 5:45pm
  3. 5:45pm - 6:30pm

Wednesday

  1. 7:45am - 8:30am
  2. 5:00pm - 5:45pm
  3. 5:45pm - 6:30pm

Friday

  1. 7:45am - 8:30am
  2. 4:00pm - 4:45pm

Classes are available all year round.

Classes are unavailable during public holidays.
