Gentle, Wise & Empowering

Yoga for 50+ is a thoughtfully designed program that supports adults over 50 in staying mobile, strong, and balanced both physically and emotionally. Our 60 minute sessions combines gentle yoga postures, mindful breathing practices, and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, support joint health, enhance posture, and reduce stress.

Tailored for mature bodies and diverse abilities, this trauma-informed program includes seated and mat-based options, with the use of props like chairs, cushions, and blankets for support. Modifications are offered throughout to honour each participants unique needs.

Led by Sunita Patil, a senior yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this program offers a compassionate, encouraging space to move at your own pace, build confidence, and enjoy better overall well-being.

Our virtual classes means that you can partake from the comfort of your home.
