Our ACE program is designed to tailor specific individual needs and include a combination of strength training, aerobic training and balance training if needed. Regardless of your strengths or weaknesses or whatever may be holding you back, the great thing about ACE classes is that they are for everyone.

Exercise programs are designed to tailor specific individual needs and include a combination of strength training, aerobic training and balance training if needed.

Sessions runs multiple times a week with each session being 60 minutes in duration.

Accredited Exercise Physiologists will conduct initial assessments with each participant before they can book into the class to determine their goals and needs. They then design an individualized exercise program that each participant follows throughout their session.

Opening hours:

Mondays to Fridays

• 7:00am too 8:00am
• 10:00am to 11:00am (selected days)
• 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Saturdays

• 8:00am to 9:00am

No classes on Sundays or Public Holidays and are subject to change.

Cost:

Casual and direct debit packs are available.
$50 per session (pay as you go)
$90 per 2 sessions per week
$120 for 3 or more classes per week

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those with dementia and cognitive impairment unless attending with a support worker/carer who can assist them.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should bring water, a towel and wear comfortable closed in shoes for exercise.
